In Store:

Items purchased at our retail store can be returned within 10 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. Store credits do not expire and can be used any time. Sale Items are not returnable.

 

Online:

If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased online, you may return it for a refund within 10 days of receiving your package. It is the customers responsibility to ship back the Item or Items. Damaged, worn, or stained Items will not be accepted. Sale Items are final sale and not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. To ensure a smooth return please email us at info@marywalter.net with the item or items that are being returned and a brief explanation. We will provide you with a return authorization number. Items without return authorization are not accepted for refund. Please note, refunds can take up to three weeks to process.
